How we do it:
Aerial Mast Photography:
It is a vehicle mounted system giving low-level aerial views with heights up to 85'. A Nikon digital 10.2 mega pixel SLR camera is mounted on a telescoping pneumatic mast.
The camera is fitted with either a 18mm-200mm zoom lens or a super wide 12mm-24mm zoom lens depending on the subject matter. The 12 times zoom factor allows for extremely close up and detailed shots of very small and specific areas if required. The 12mm super wide lens when used in conjuction with a maximum height setting is used if extremely large areas need to be photographed. In additon several photographs can be stitched together to form a panoramic image.
The control unit allows the operator to pan, tilt, zoom and frame the subject via an LCD screen all from the ground. The system can capture unique aerial shots needing only the parking area of a medium sized vehicle and furthermore, there is minimum disturbance to either surrounding properties or their occupants and is an ideal solution in an otherwise difficult to access location.
The images are captured at various heights in a camera raw format to ensure the highest possible resolution. Each image is then edited in photoshop to enhance the subject matter.
A selection of your photos are then burned to a CD in a .tif format which you are then able to use for sales particulars and brochures. Alternatively high quality Ultrachrome prints are available.
What you get:
We provide all of your images by e-mail or burned to a CD in a format that can be used by your printers or publisher. You can select specific images for further editing if rquired. Each image is approximately 3872 x 2592 pixels and is easily printable at sizes of 16"x 20" with no loss of detail. If prints are required they are supplied on high quality premium photo paper using the latest Ultrachrome print methods and are lightfast for 200 years.
Eagle Eye will survey your subject area to be able to create the most advantageous elevated images, if necessary we will make more than one visit to enable us to capture the best lighting conditions or to photograph at a time when there is minimum activity, parked cars etc.

We highlight important features such as car parking, amenity areas and the setting of the property, including important focal points such as attractive landscaped gardens and natural water features.
